Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, I am accepting new clients (adults) with and without insurance. Click here for a list of insurances accepted.
What if I don't have insurance?
I accept clients with and without insurance. If you don't have insurance you will be responsible for the cost of the session. Click here for additional information.
Do you offer a sliding fee?
No. All services are offered at the full rate. Click here for additional information.
How do I schedule an initial appointment?
Please call to schedule an appointment. No initial appointment will be scheduled via text or email.
What should I expect during my first session?
Prior to your appointment, you will receive initial paperwork to be reviewed and signed via a secure client portal. During your session, after initial introductions, we will review your paperwork. Then we will begin exploring your reason(s) for seeking therapy and what you would like to see happen as a result. You are free to ask questions at any time during the session. Being an active participant will help you get the most out of your experience.
What are your hours?
Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. I am closed Saturday and Sunday.

What if I want online counseling?
Currently all sessions are conducted virtually. I offer online counseling through 2 different platforms. You choose the platform that meets your needs.

- Doxy.me--If you have insurance contact your insurance company to verify coverage for online counseling/Telehealth. If paying out-of-pocket contact me for information on how to submit your payment.
